Ordering FAQs

What is your minimum order?

  • We have no minimum order! There is a $4.00 surcharge on any order under $50.00

What information do you need to fill an order?

  • Company name
  • PO number if applicable
  • Shipping address.
  • Specialty wire part number
  • Credit card information if your company does not have terms with us.
  • For distributors we will blind ship to your customer. We require the shipping address and your customers PO#. You may provide a copy of your Packing slip.   

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We will set up Net 30 terms with customers who provide proper credit references – please contact us for more information.
  • We accept Credit cards for new customers.

How quickly will I have my order?

  • Orders of stock sized cords usually ship within 1-3 business days. Special sizes usually ship within 5-10 business days.
  • Large orders and custom orders will vary based on size and complexity.

Do you have a price escalation policy?

  • We offer price breaks on most items – be sure to advise how many cords you will need when asking for a quote.

What is your shipping policy?

  • We can ship under your shipping account or add shipping to the invoice. As we are always working to keep our prices as reasonable as possible we do not pay for shipping.
  • Shipping is FOB Origin / no freight allowed

    Can you help with prototypes and product development?

    • We are always happy to help with prototypes and product development – feel free to contact us to discuss your project!

    Return Policy

    • Returns of 10 pieces or less of stock size cords listed in our catalog and replaced are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
    • Returns of 10 pieces or less of stock size cords listed in our catalog and NOT replaced are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
    • No refunds of surcharges.
    • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
    • No returns on any custom-made wire or cord.
    • No return on any item that is not listed in our catalog.
    • No returns on orders over 10 pieces.  
    • No returns accepted after 30 days.
    • No return will be accepted if the cord has been damaged or modified in any way.
